30-day free trial
Card required at the end of setup, after you build your household profile. We send an email three days before charge with a one-click cancel link. If we forget to remind you, refund is automatic on request.
Refund within 14 days
If you decide RecallPing isn't for you within 14 days of being charged, we refund you prorated for the unused time. After 14 days the year runs out and you can let it lapse.
Downgrade anytime
Drop from Family to Free at any point. We keep the first 5 tracked items you choose; the rest are archived (not deleted) for 90 days in case you upgrade again.
Cancel in one tap
Settings → Subscription → Cancel. No phone call, no exit interview, no offer flow. Your data stays for 30 days then auto-deletes.
Annual only, on purpose
A monthly plan would cost more in payment-processing than the alerts cost to send. $34.99/yr is the only billable price; we don't have hidden tiers.
Family transfer
If you change households (divorce, move-out), we'll transfer your tracked items to a new account. Email support@recallping.com — usually same-day.
